Goshen Defeated By Bethel

half playing really well. The first shot of the game was when Martin Matthew (Goshen) tried a layup and missed but Nate Manning (goshen) came up and dunked it, it wasn't in tended for a dunk at all.

Let's talk about how Goshen didn't play good at all during the second half. Goshen was shooting really bad they only made 2 threes. Bethel's defense wasn't that great but they managed to hold off Goshen and win 70 - 54.

Goshen also had a lot of fouls 12 for the game, which gave Bethel most of there points. The Goshen coach got a tactical foul because the refs made a bad call and the coach was mad and started yelling at the ref. The college refs are worse then high-school refs.

During the first 5 minutes of the game number 30, Nate Manning goes diving for a ball. He gets the ball back in to his teammates but slides in to the Gatorade cart almost knocking it over. At the beginning of the second half Bethel had 19 -2 run for most of the second half.

Both these teams are in a conference and Goshen was 0-2 and Bethel was 0-3. After last nights game Bethel's now 1-3. Goshen is 0-3. They have been rivals since the early 50s and are still rivals today.

Goshen now plays the national anthem before every sporting event. The president of the council meeting had made the decision to play it. After the National anthem is played its followed by prayer. I noticed only one player on the court who put his hand up to his heart that was Seth Kauffman number 33 for Goshen college.Goshen College was defeated in the end 54-70 but Goshen played bad and are playing better, hopefully they will play better next time.
